Yankee Trails Girl Scouts Camp
VASE Management, as a Construction Manager, worked on the renovation of the Camp Yankee Trails of the Girl Scouts of Connecticut, one of the largest girl scout camps in New England.
The project involved demolition and construction of waterfront, roadways, dining hall, kitchen, yurt cabins, shower house, new well, new septic system, high adventure components, handicap access, walls, and finishes.
FedEx Terminal
VASE Management, acting as the Construction Administrator in collaboration with Meridian Design Build, proudly contributed to the development of the FedEx New Haven Truck Terminal located in Orange, CT. This impressive project encompassed a vast area of 41.25 acres and included the installation of 78 doors, enhancing the operational efficiency and functionality of the terminal.
Yale Greenwich Hospital
VASE Management, as a Construction Manager, worked on the renovation of approximately 2,440 square feet of the usable office space within the Watson Pavilion of the Yale Greenwich Hospital.
The project involved renovation of interior spaces, which included finishes, lighting, data, and millwork.
VASE Management, as a Construction Manager, worked on the renovation of approximately 3,022 square feet of the usable office space within 16 Lake Avenue of the Yale Greenwich Hospital.
The project involved replacement of existing HVAC systems & controls
ECC Project - Over 100 Homes
VASE Management, as a Construction Manager, undertook a massive housing renovation project for the city of New Haven. Work for this project included abatement, roofing, siding, interior work, and other exterior work of over 100 houses.
Winslow Celentano Apartments Redevelopment
The project’s approximate square footage comes to 53,000. Work will consist of abatement, site work, steel modifications to the elevator shaft and new elevator, new kitchens, floors, painting, window, door replacement, other general trades, new roof, MEP, new generator and switch gear. The total construction cost is approximately $7 million, which includes public and private funds.
Yale University Office Space Renovation
VASE Management, as a Construction Manager, worked on the renovation of approximately 976 square feet of the usable office space within 135 College St. of the Yale University.
The project involved renovation of interior spaces, which included finishes, lighting, data, and millwork.
Oak Grove Learning Center
Oak Grove Learning Center is a part of an exciting new construction located in Norwalk, CT, soon to offer free after school care for kids K-5. Led by the Norwalk Housing Authority, the development includes Apartments with 1 - 3 bedroom units in various layouts. Amenities also include gym, playground, and free on-site parking.
