VASE operates through two complementary divisions: Construction Services and Real Estate Development. Through our construction division, we provide construction management, general contracting, and owner’s representation services for clients across healthcare, nonprofit, municipal, and development sectors. Through our real estate division, VASE develops and invests in residential and mixed-use projects in partnership with investors, lenders, and mission-driven organizations.
This integrated approach allows VASE to bring the perspective of both builder and owner to every project.
