Owner’s Project Management / Owner’s Representation (OPM)

In this role, we represent the owner’s interests and manage coordination between the design team, contractors, and consultants.

Owner’s representation services include:

Managing construction projects involves coordinating multiple factors and parties, presenting unique challenges. At VASE, we develop a comprehensive checklist and adhere to it meticulously. Utilizing tools like Pipeline Suites, Bluebeam, and RS Means for pre-construction, and the Procore System for project management, we ensure efficient project execution and client satisfaction.

Preconstruction Phase

VASE initiates pre-construction activities by assembling project management staff and professional services teams. Collaborating closely with clients, we review the Master plan and explore various bidding or pricing options, schedules, and construction timelines. Contact us to learn more.

Construction Phase

Our full-time Project Managers and Superintendents coordinate contractors, ensuring work expediency and quality control in adherence to contract documents. Utilizing the Procore System, we meticulously track, enforce, and report on work progress, keeping clients informed through comprehensive documentations.

3D Construction Rendering

We create visual representations of architectural designs and construction projects before they are built through our 3D Rendering service. These help clients visualize and understand the design concept with a detailed and realistic view of the final product.
