The past several months have been an exciting period of growth for VASE. Across Connecticut and Ghana, we continue to expand our work in Construction Management, General Contracting, Owner’s Project Management, and Real Estate Development.
From advancing construction and redevelopment projects throughout Connecticut to moving Dichemso Vista in Kumasi, Ghana forward, our focus remains the same: lead well, serve our clients, build responsibly, and create lasting impact.

Preservation Connecticut visits VASE’s award-winning historic rehabilitation at 94–96 Edwards Street in Hartford, CT.
VASE is proud to celebrate the continued recognition of 94–96 Edwards Street in Hartford, recipient of a 2026 Award of Merit from Preservation Connecticut.
We recently welcomed Preservation Connecticut Executive Director Jane Montanaro and Deputy Director Christopher Wigren to tour the finished property and see firsthand how thoughtful development and historic preservation gave this building new life.
The project reflects what we strive to bring to every assignment: strong planning, collaboration, problem-solving, and respect for the communities we build in.
