VASE President Vincencia Adusei to Lead Collaborative Design Dialogue at AIA Connecticut’s 2026 Women in Architecture Summit
BRIDGEPORT, CT – VASE Construction President, Vincencia “Vee” Adusei, will be a featured panelist for the 2026 Women in Architecture (WIA) Summit. Hosted by AIA Connecticut, the summit will take place on Friday, May 8, 2026, at Anthony’s Ocean View in New Haven, bringing together the region’s most influential voices in the construction environment.
With the theme, “Perspective & Place,” Vincencia will represent the construction sector in the summit's first major session: Panel 1 | Perspectives on Design: Roles Across the Project (10:30 AM – 12:00 PM). As the leader of one of Connecticut’s premier construction management firms, Vincencia will provide a critical boots-on-the-ground perspective. Alongside fellow panelists Laura Brown, Katherine LoBalbo, AIA, and Alexandra Daum, the panel will discuss how to dismantle industry silos to create a more integrated building process.
The session, moderated by Amanda Martocchio, AIA, aims to explore project delivery through the diverse lenses of city planning, academia, architecture, and construction.
