Job Description
Candidates should possess strong Construction Estimating skills, including the ability to interpret plans and specifications and develop comprehensive project estimates.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Quantity Take-offs and measurement techniques to accurately assess materials, labor, and resources required.
Candidates should possess solid Cost Management and Budgeting skills to control project expenses, prepare cost forecasts, and support financial planning.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, and present estimate findings clearly.
Experience with construction management or estimating software and strong Excel skills are beneficial.
Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards is preferred.
Requirements
Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and work with attention to detail under time constraints.
Relevant education in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
7+ years of estimating.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
