Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Review drawings for constructability, coordination, and value engineering.

  • Lead project schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

  • Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field staff.

  • Conduct project meetings and issue same-day meeting minutes.

  • Review requisitions, project financials, and documentation.

  • Deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and provide exceptional client service.

  • Work/ Lead the architectural design and permitting of in-house real estate development.

  • Work with in-house A/E team with conceptual layouts, coordinate consultants, and support zoning, permitting, and feasibility efforts.

  • Assist with development planning, budgeting, and value engineering from acquisition through construction.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.

  • Strong technical drafting and visualization skills; familiarity with CAD and other architectural design tools.

  • 5+ years of commercial construction or construction management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of construction documents and building systems.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Takes ownership and thinks ahead.

  • Communicates proactively and solves problems.

  • Leads with professionalism and accountability.

  • Wants to grow into a senior leadership role.
