Job Description
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Review drawings for constructability, coordination, and value engineering.
Lead project schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field staff.
Conduct project meetings and issue same-day meeting minutes.
Review requisitions, project financials, and documentation.
Deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.
Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and provide exceptional client service.
Work/ Lead the architectural design and permitting of in-house real estate development.
Work with in-house A/E team with conceptual layouts, coordinate consultants, and support zoning, permitting, and feasibility efforts.
Assist with development planning, budgeting, and value engineering from acquisition through construction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
Strong technical drafting and visualization skills; familiarity with CAD and other architectural design tools.
5+ years of commercial construction or construction management experience.
Strong knowledge of construction documents and building systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Takes ownership and thinks ahead.
Communicates proactively and solves problems.
Leads with professionalism and accountability.
Wants to grow into a senior leadership role.
Salary & Benefits
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. The total compensation package includes a performance-based annual bonus, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a retirement plan, and other benefits.
Salary will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, education, skills, geographic location, and internal equity within the organization.
