What’s Next for VASE Construction?

At VASE, construction management remains our core—delivering complex municipal, institutional, healthcare, and private projects with precision and care across Connecticut and Ghana.

Real Estate Development

Explore, Invest in Ghana with VASE Estates

Vincencia Adusei was recently featured on Africa.com [Read Full Article] for her leadership in VASE Ghana Estates, where she’s empowering the diaspora and global investors to connect and build in Ghana through real estate.

Her flagship project, Dichemso Vista—a 60-unit luxury condominium near Kumasi’s new airport—offers secure opportunities for buyers and investors alike. To complement this vision, VASE Ghana will host a Cultural & Investment Tour from December 30, 2026 to January 10, 2027, inviting participants to explore Ghana’s heritage and real estate potential firsthand.

Flashback - VASE's New Haven Office Grand Opening

On May 15, 2024, VASE Construction proudly celebrated the grand opening of its new flagship office at 250 Sargent Drive in New Haven, Connecticut—a milestone that reflects our deepening commitment to the city and region. The event was marked by the presence of distinguished speakers, including Lieutenant Governor Susan Bysiewicz, Department of Housing Commissioner Seila Mosquera-Bruno, Former New Haven Mayor Toni Harp, and Karen Dubois-Walton, Former President of the New Haven Housing Authority.
