VASE President Vincencia Adusei to be Honored at SCSU School of Business EmpowerHER Event

Southern Connecticut State University's (SCSU) School of Business is set to host its 3rd Annual Diversity Celebration, EmpowerHER: Celebrating Women Who Lead and Inspire, recognizing outstanding women for their leadership and inspiration across the community. Among the distinguished honorees is VASE Management President Vincencia Adusei.

The event will take place on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 12:00–1:30 PM, in the School of Business RWA. The yearly celebration is a powerful tribute to women shaping the future of business and community.

Celebrating Women Who Lead

Vincencia Adusei, widely known as Vee, is being recognized for her exemplary work as the leader of VASE Management LLC, a firm specializing in comprehensive construction project management and consulting services. Her commitment to excellence and community involvement embodies the spirit of the EmpowerHER celebration.

Adusei joins a notable roster of women leaders being honored this year which include:

Fireside Chat and Community Engagement

The EmpowerHER event will also feature an engaging fireside chat designed to share insights and experiences from these inspiring women. The discussion will be moderated by the accomplished Lindy Lee Gold.
