Job Description
Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
Experience with Project Management, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, schedule oversight, and budget awareness.
Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms to create, manage, and update detailed project models.
Knowledge of Submittals processes, including review, tracking, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
Understanding of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Experience in construction administration, site observation, and resolving field conditions is beneficial.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
Strong technical drafting and visualization skills; familiarity with CAD and other architectural design tools.
5+ years of commercial construction or construction management experience.
Strong knowledge of construction documents and building systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Takes ownership and thinks ahead.
Communicates proactively and solves problems.
Leads with professionalism and accountability.
Wants to grow into a senior leadership role.

Starting at $100k per year plus Health, Life, Dental, Vision, retirement plan, and more. Salary commensurate with experience plus Performance-based annual bonus
