Job Description

  • Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and familiarity with building codes and regulations.

  • Experience with Project Management, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, schedule oversight, and budget awareness.

  • Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms to create, manage, and update detailed project models.

  • Knowledge of Submittals processes, including review, tracking, and coordination with contractors and consultants.

  • Understanding of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices.

  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

  • Experience in construction administration, site observation, and resolving field conditions is beneficial.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.

  • Strong technical drafting and visualization skills; familiarity with CAD and other architectural design tools.

  • 5+ years of commercial construction or construction management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of construction documents and building systems.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Takes ownership and thinks ahead.

  • Communicates proactively and solves problems.

  • Leads with professionalism and accountability.

  • Wants to grow into a senior leadership role.

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting at $100k per year plus Health, Life, Dental, Vision, retirement plan, and more. Salary commensurate with experience plus Performance-based annual bonus
