VASE Management, as a Construction Manager, worked on the renovation of approximately 299 square feet of the usable office space within 172 York St. of the Yale University. 

The project involved renovation of interior spaces, which included finishes, masonry, aluminum store front, MBR roofing system, structural framing, mechanical duct work and electrical.
