Building Success: Women Forging Futures in Construction

The Marcum Women’s Construction Group held a webinar entitled Building Success: Women Forging Futures in Construciton, last March 7, 2024, in celebration of Women in Construction Week, designed to empower and inspire women to explore and excel in the construction trades. This engaging panel discussion features influential executive women in construction who have broken barriers and are redefining leadership in the industry, including VASE CEO Vincencia Adusei.

The webinar covered the following topics:

• Pathways to Prosperity: How construction offers a robust career path leading to financial security, without the necessity of a traditional college degree. Explore the economic advantages and job stability that the construction trades provide.
